Insulation 25–35 %, other materials 20–25 %, labour 40–50 %. Scaffolding, demolition, sills and below-ground plinth are extra (10–25 %). EPS is the standard choice; stone wool where fire safety requires it. 150–200 mm is the sensible thickness for renovation in Latvia.
